Part-Time Cleaner
Position: Part-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Support staff member. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment within our facilities during evening hours. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all common areas.

Clean and disinfect washrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces.

Empty garbage and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
-
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other cleaning materials as needed.

Perform minor maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs.
-
Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored, and in safe working order.

Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols at all times.

Respond promptly to any cleaning or maintenance requests from staff or supervisors.​

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Evening availability (approx. 12 hours per week).
-
Ability to lift and move items up to 25–30 lbs as required.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is considered an asset.

Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional attitude.​

Part-Time Handyman

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Handyman to assist with general maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and takes pride in ensuring that all facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple small repair jobs, and respond to maintenance requests efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and light construction tasks around the facility.

Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work as needed.

Inspect property regularly and identify areas requiring repair or improvement.

Assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment when required.

Handle basic drywall patching, door and window repairs, and hardware replacements.

Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
-
Ensure all work areas are left clean and organized after each task.

Follow safety procedures and report any major maintenance issues to management.​

Requirements:

Flexible availability during weekdays or weekends.

Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a related trade.
